Technician management/tracking
Can identify operators as technicians and track all time spent or estimated on service order.

This can be for a customer's specific products or for the entire customer account.
Event creation
Events, either one-time or recurring, allow operators to define start or end dates as well as recurrence schedule for service orders. Service orders can be created manually or automatically based on the desired schedule. An operator can define all need inventory (consumables) as well as labor (tasks).

Service orders are essentially templates for producing quotes or sales orders at a click.
